  • We require clear images or video evidence of the damaged item, its packaging, and any related shipping labels.

  • Upon receipt of the unboxing video or images, our team will verify the damage during the delivery process. We may request additional information if needed.
  • Verification usually takes 1-2 business days.
  1. Conditions for Refund or Return:
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  • Any alterations or modifications to the product will void eligibility for a refund or return.
  1. Denial of Refund or Return:
  • Arhas Collections reserves the right to deny refunds or returns if:
    • The unboxing video or images are unclear, incomplete, or do not meet the necessary criteria.
    • Damage is not related to the delivery process but due to mishandling or misuse after receipt.
    • Suspicions of fraudulent claims or scams are detected.
  1. Refund or Return Process:
  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 5 business days through the original payment method used during purchase.
  • For returns, we will provide a return shipping label or instructions for sending back the damaged item.
  • Returns must be shipped within 2 to 3 days of approval.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return the damaged item and place a new order for the desired product.
